As a townhouse complex we've been using Universal Roofing for about eight years. In fact, they were the first Company to successfully repair the roof of one specific unit in our complex, after many other companies have tried and failed. Mainly because of this success, we've been using them ever since and have been very satisfied with their service and quality of work. The Branch Manager, Barry Venter, has always taken a personal interest in our problems (and there are many) and come up with the right solution. The work was always done very quickly and professionally, and on the odd occasion when we did have a problem, they honoured their guarantee and fixed the problem without any hassle. Truly a Company that I can recommend.
