Nayashen came to our office and gave the ladies a basic self defense lesson. His instruction was very clear and easy to follow, and he put us all at ease rather quickly, especially the ladies who were apprehensive and didn't know what to expect. After the class, we all felt a little bit more capable of defending ourselves in an undesirable situation, and I would recommend Nayashen's Female Self Defense class to any lady who wished to equip herself with basic self defense.
