If yes, please share the details here.Debt Counsellors answer to the National Credit Regulator in terms of our duties, functions and service delivery. If a DC does not live up to their code of conduct they can be reported to the NCR and investigated which can lead to serious repercussions thereof. Our firm is also a member of DCASA (Debt Counsellors Association of South Africa), which holds its member to a high level of professionalism and conduct.
