Having car problems is one thing, but not fetching a child from school is another. It is even worse when you do not communicate to the parents that you are having challenges until the school calls. It is unfair on the child sitting at school waiting, parents who are not aware of the problem. Communicating these challenges you had at 20h00 is inhumane. you did not fetch our child late, you just simply did not fetch him at all. A full monthly amount was paid in advance and it has been problems after problems every single day since the payment was received. This is really very unfair. If you had any humanity at all you would return half of the money seeing that it is midmonth already and allow us to use some of that money to find alternatives
