Best in class service and expertise. Richard is the most honest and hard working contractor you will ever find. He worked for a year in Wonderboom, Pretoria on a contract at our complex of which I am the chair of trustees.

I worked daily very closely with Richard. He knows paint extremely well and gives the absolute best advise.

Richard saved our complex over R200k on painting and maintenance. He did all the work himself and only used the best quality materials. In that year, absolute nothing got lost or stolen. He worked alone in all of our homes and could be left alone and unsupervised. That was in 2022-2023.

The quality of his workmanship is next to none and even 18months after he left, we haven't had one issue pertaining to complex security.
