Therapy is often associated with being 'crazy'! But the truth is - we could all benefit from therapy at various stages of our lives! And often, it takes more courage to admit needing help, than it does to keep going without success or change.
Note: My sessions are ONLINE only, so please only reach out if you are willing to work online. You can download Zoom onto your phone for your sessions if you don’t have a computer or private area to talk. And my sessions are 90 minutes long (the longer sessions are so that we can get deeper sooner, and thus requiring fewer sessions).
Getting counselling is a great way of learning, for example: appropriate coping skills; improving communication techniques; help bring harmony into your home; building confidence and self-esttem; help you focus, prioritise, and reach your goals; learning to reconnect after having children; unpack your triggers; and much more!
Therapy is private, professional and unbiased support when you need it most.
I am trained, internationally in couples work as I am passionate about helping families rebuild and reconnect. Couples often ask “How did we end up here? And are we savable?” I have never told a couple whether they can or can’t make it. If you are committed to changing things and working on yourself – with the right tools, there is a wonderful opportunity to rebuild the marriage / relationship into something you both desired!
