I called your head office to give notice because we are relocating to a small town where there is no Planet gym, The lady by the name of Alice was so helpful and supportive.
I loved your gym and will really miss it.

I would like to take back my adverse opinion on the Manager , Mike Yeoman at the 4Ways Branch , who once could identify the problems of my query & fixed it up in a very professional manner , I do commend him & for the help that he extended , I do appologies for my attitude originally as seemingly nothing was happening to solve the problem , thanks to Mike ! , please could you take note of having such a Manager at your Branch & his consideration of calling me back to update me on the position of what he has done in order to help us solve our membership problem , deeply appreciated !

joined planet fitness in Hennops in 2009.... stoped the account as I moved to cape town and in 2014 STILL paying them because they kept it running after my 3 years have expired and then reached an agreement to pay 50% and they promised to credit me for the other 50% (take it from my account) yet they haven't. we came to an agreement that they will take R250.00 every 2nd week BUT they are infact taking R250.00 Every week so once again, dishonouring their agreement with the client.
I am SO disappointed with them, their service and their administration.

I joined the gym in Hennopspark, Pretoria in June this year. After doing 6 sessions I decided it is not for me. I tried to cancel but was after the 5 day cooling period, which I can't remember was explained to us. Using sales tactic need to signed up there and now to qualify for the discounts. We need to pay a cancellation fee to cancel the contract but the amount is insanely high, after numerous emails sent up and down to the club itself and to the customer service centre. Received emails from customer services then reply with comments then get email back "an agent is busy with my request". It is almost end of September and still no feedback from the Customer Service at Planet Fitness Head Office. It is actually a disgrace that such services is rendered. I need some clarity on this issue and the way forward

Shockingly bad administration. I signed up for 2 year membership; paid up front! thereafter, it was supposed to run on a pay-as-you go basis, i.e. pay nominal fee when use gym but membership lasts for life. my membership was cancelled after a year and, despite promises to have this sorted, it is STILL cancelled! plus, staff undertake to follow up, call you back etc and NOHING! I would not advise anyone to join Planet Fitness.

The administration at Planet Fitness is shocking. No one returns your calls from Head Office. They make promises that they would call you back which never materialises. Planet fitness doesn't advise you of additional cost that you need to pay and then just debit your account. It is one of the worse gyms to join.

The membership was done in April this year by Rieza Timol. It was a paid up contract which included the costs for the old tag that we still possessed. The following is what occurred after the membership was taken.
My account was debited in April by ZAR 100.00. I called planet fitness in Craighall, and was advised that it was an error as this relates to the issuing of the gym tag.
I was also advised that it will be reversed. I wrote to Hello Peter as well in this regard.
This was done again in May and June for higher amounts.
I was being cheated or conned into extracting money from my account by the planet fitness in Craighall.
