I requested an overnight parcel service from Jnb to DUR, both via email and via telephone followup. On Sat I went looking for parcel - had not arrived. I called Norwood. They told me it's on a truck somewhere and it's Saturday. No attempt to assist to find the whereabouts of my package. A TOTAL COULD CARE LESS ATTITUDE BY THE STAFF AT NORWOOD. Rather go elsewhere for piece of mind!
