Having used this company once before on home renovation worth approx 50k we used their services once again in July 2019. However it’s been a real hassle to get them back to check on recent problems experienced with the same underfloor installed last July. I will not recommend such a company who purports professionalism when trying to seal the initial deal to get the job...Then reneges later and does NOT have the common courtesy in After Sales service. Unlike any professional service would, their lack of communication is astounding. We have to make numerous calls and messages to secure an appointment. No date or time is given. After 3 days of waiting we call Mr Shabier and he says “we are not a priority and he has other jobs to do” He can’t understand why I’m upset and he doesn’t like my tone, so for this reason “he will now cancel and not send his boy to fix the problem”. This is shocking
