I got a curtesy vehicle while they were doing the repairs on my vehicle. To receive the curtesy vehicle there is a R500 deposit payable in case you don't give the vehicle back without the same amount of fuel that you received it with and if they have to clean the vehicle after your use. I made 100% sure to give the vehicle back in the exact same condition that I received it in and waited for my deposit to be refunded. When I queried the refund the first time they were just waiting for the e-toll bill to come so that they can deduct my usage. That was 4 months ago. I have now asked for this to be sorted out multiple times without success and the person I'm dealing with is customer services. I keep getting promises of it being dealt with, and then nothing happens. For a company like this to not get something as small as a deposit refund right before the customer has to ask is absolutely pathetic.
