hi there

my daughter of 9years old bought a item at canal walk store today sunday 30-11-14.
i was so disapointed that ur staff did not realy have that public relation with ur customer.
my reason i am saying so when we walked out of ur store
my daughter was excited what she bought but as we were walking in canal walk she tells me when she paid
for her goods ur cashier was not even friendly or at least be nice no smile.
ihave observed this i did not expect my dauhgter to tell me this.
have it least a smile or say thank you

They staff are so friendly and talk to you like they have known you for ages, and they are so creative, suggesting things to assist you if you stuck with whatever your creative issue. Great job!
