I paid in full for an order on 10th of March and have still not received my goods. The initial undertaking was that I would have it on 19th of March. On 23rd of March I contacted him by voice note on Whatsapp, no response. 1st of April, I tried to call, but the phone was not answered, so I sent a Whatsapp message. 2 hours later I received a message that he would call me in 10 minutes, which he never did. 6th of April, I sent him a message to remind him that he still needed to call me. No response, so I sent a message on the 7th; to which he eventually responded that he had staffing issues due to the public holidays & that my baskets would be ready after four days. However, there were no public holidays from the date I paid to the date my order was first supposed to be delivered. On the 19th I requested a refund of my payment. He then asked for one more week. It is now 10 days later and still nothing. Do not do business with this person/company, they have zero honour or integrity.
