I am Nothando Moloi, a registered Counselling Psychologist with experience in helping clients with a variety of serious and daily mental health struggles.
I am registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). My practice is registered with the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF)
I obtained my Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology at Pearson Institute of Higher Education (PIHE). Recently, I have obtained certification and accreditation as a BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT) Practitioner for Level 1 and 2.
My training over the years has included working in disadvantaged communities and with a diverse range of clients with different presenting problems such as trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and adjustment difficulties in different scales, involving children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. As a trained Psychologist, I have found interest in Psychoeducational assessment, application for concessions and career assessments.
Furthermore, I have had the privilege of working with individuals who are struggling with addiction together with their families.
As an Integrative based Psychologist, I look forward to meeting my clients where they are at and assist in fostering a better connection with him/herself, relationships with others; and most importantly, to understand the dynamics with self and others.
