Describe a recent project that you have completed.We completed an interior upgrade for a multi unit building in Sunnyside. The work included repairs, ceiling fixes, a full repaint and basic electrical corrections. Tenants stayed in place while we worked. The project finished ahead of schedule and reduced follow up maintenance requests for the managing agents.
