Martin helped me with buying the correct PC parts for my needs as I was building a new computer setup. He was very knowledgeable and took my financial constraints into account. Once I got all the parts delivered and put them together, I failed to insert one of the RAM cards correctly, so I got Martin to diagnose the issue remotely and was quick to find out the cause of the problem.
