Since I started here as a student, I have gotten much more confidence, faster, stronger, and more patient. Sensei JP Muller goes out of his way to better his students, often bringing in additional instructors from around South Africa and from abroad to help his students grow. Our Dojo also never comes back from national competitions without medals and trophies, which is a testament to his effectiveness as a teacher.

Our academy provides expert tuition in Traditional Shotokan Karate, WUKF Sport Karate and Self-Defense that will teach them the way of thinking and develop respect for themselves and others while achieving body fitness, strength, speed and agility that emphasizes character development, self-improvement, and individual accomplishment.

Our instructors are professional and dedicated to providing our students with a traditional karate experience that will teach them our five-point principles not just for the Karate practitioner but for life. This will teach them the way of thinking and develop to respect for themselves and others. This will also help them to learn how to maintain a calm and peaceful mind even in the most explosive of situation.

We are situated in Brackenfell one of the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town that borders with Kraaifontein, Kuilsriver, Durbanville and Belville. We are in short distance from local businesses, creches, after cares, primary and high schools.
