Not too bad. Pls change the mattresses, they are too uncomfortable. Improve the kitchen so as to cater for a larger number of guests. Some staff members are very unfriendly.
We booked in the hotel from 19th to 26th December 2014 as a family of 4,in total we wete12 people. 1. TV's without remotes2. Rooms were dirty on arrival 3. Some beds are broken4. No continental breakfast as advertised5. Toilets were leaking6. Every morning one must go and ask for sugar or milk and the plastic container for sugar was filthy7.No extra plugs if one wants to use8. There are no sofas or banches to sit.
