Woolies vna staff always helpfull and friendly.Store was tidy & i could easily find the sizes i was looking for on clothing items.
Woolworths is by far the best in terms of quality, customer service and professionalism from any store i have shopped at. As a frequent shopper there were at times i had to return items due to a quality issue and even if they cant have it fixed or need to further have it sent to head office for a quality check they will always keep me informed. They train their staff well to be helpful and very polite. I can 100% say this store listens to their customers needs and feedback.
I always find it a pleasure shopping at woolworths Victoria Warf. They seem to always have the widest variety in the kiddies range. it's so convenient travelling with three kids I park at the nearest entrance it's not far at all and it's a one stop shop for me. i can basically get everything from food to clothes to whatever it is I need. The last thing you wanna hear after finally arriving at your destination, unpacking the car putting the baby in the pram strapping a harness on the middle child and repeatedly reminding the older one to hold my hand. to finally get inside and then hear " Mummy I need to pee" normally this would be the worse thing to hear because usually in every other shop it would mean having to leave the store put down everything you just found, walk accross the mall to find a toilet filled to capacity three impatient kids. luckily woolworths has a loo instore:)
