hi we don't have one week internet and every day I called you waiting a long time for response no one did not fix our problems every day I spend R200 for your horrible service and people work there still waiting for a response and they don't want to give a manager number or email one week I waiting for a response this is really bad experience
I am happy with the service that I've received thus far from Web Africa. The support team resolved my issues quickly. Decent pricing on hosting and other web services. Thumbs up to Stacey and Ishrat!
Great ISP. Have a RedAfrica account from them that has 'unlimited' download plus gigs that allows me to schedule my PS4 and steam downloads without affecting my main cap. Support is a bit lacking/slow, but they are actively hiring to sort that out asap from what I have been told.
Very disappointed with the HOSTING and BILLING service from WebAfrica. The list disappointments include:- Mix-up with domain accounts. - Incorrect billing- Long waiting time in the queue for the call centre- Items/issues resolved after multiple phone calls and speaking to multiple consultants.- Consultants make commitments eg. calling back by a certain time, and they don't live up to their commitments.
