Offering confidential psychological services online and in person. Accept most medical aids should you have benefits available. Otherwise it is R1100 per 50-60 minutes or R860per 40-45 minutes for 2023.

Amongst other therapeutic tools, I also use Working Recursive therapy(BWRT) a brand new therapy based in neuroscience. It works very quickly so fewer sessions are needed than for traditional psychotherapy. BWRT lets you decide how you would prefer to feel/ react to something(past/ present or future) and, with my help put that in place. I have used it successfully for many issues from complex trauma to grief and self development. BWRT can be used to boost mental wellness and therefore the immune system.

More information can be given once we have had an in-depth so I can choose the best therapeutic intervention for you or your child.

In January I trained Psychologists, social workers and registered counsellors in BWRT level 1 for the department of education. I also ran my own course, I created it, to teach practitioners how to use BWRT with children. I am currently(May/ June 2023) collaborating with other professionals on a pregnancy/ prenatal education course.

I cannot due to the confidential nature of my work. However I can evidence as by way of waiting list. I always have one due to a good reputation.
