I would like to take this opportunity to compliment your staff in the Howick Branch -they are truly amazing. The service I got from Corrie when I phoned today was fantastic. My Mom who is 84years old was really worried about a transaction she did today and Corrie went out of her way even asking a fellow staff member who was on lunch whether she helped my Mom and if the transaction was done. A special mention about Joyce too who is always so patient with my Mom.I find all the staff at your Howick branch really good to the old people and so helpful.I would also like to compliment Sharon Williamson who is always willing to help my Mom with queries and she even goes out of her way to fetch my Mom from time to time.
