In all the years that I have personally known the staff at Houghton Harper I can say that they have always been professional, they are always friendly and always willing to help to the utmost best of their abilities, they always make you feel welcome and warm even over the phone and they handle each and every case individually and professionally. I have never heard of anyone and nor myself ever had a bad experience with the employees at Houghton Harper, they are quick responsive, friendly, willing to help and always there for you does not matter the time of day.
