really dissapointed in the service at mitchells plain walk in store.took my mom who is a pensioner there on the 7th of march 2017 to apply for a residential line.the guy made copies of all the neccessary documentation and explained they were currently offline but it would be processed as soon as they were back online.he recommended that i do a follow up to see how far the application is within 1 week.today been 1 week i call to follow up and theres nothing on the system about an application for my mom.
they are very slow
