I visited Quarry Lodge and found the rooms to be clean and safe...I decided to go back a second time nd at the reception I asked the receptionist for a room with a shower...He then said he will take me up nd show me the room. On our way up I made mention to him that I had visited the Lodge previously...He then turned to me nd said go book somewhere else. I asked him what I had said wrong nd he refused to tell me just saying go book sumewhere else...I was not rude to him in any way even apologising over nd over but this fell on deaf ears...Even as I walked out I apologised to him telling him I do not know what I said that was so wrong...I tried phoning him today to apologise again but this was just met with rudeness by him telling me not to phone there again...I hope management of this fine establishment can somehow assist me in resolving this issue as due to the cleanliness nd privacy I would like to continue booking in their lodge...Thank u
