Just a little background about who I am and what I can do for you.
I have been a Private Chef for 5 years. Before that I spent my younger years in Cape Town working in some of the best kitchens in the country and for some of the most highly acclaimed chefs and restaurateurs. In that time I learnt a huge array of techniques and skills and also built a healthy network of contacts.
I am fully qualified in my field with a Diploma in Culinary Arts, Advanced Patisserie and Professional Cheffing. In my 3rd and final year I specialised in Product Development which allowed me to consult.
My diploma is from the ICA (Institute of Culinary Arts) in Stellenbosch, rated the Best Chef School in Africa and the 3rd Best in the World. Along with this I have multiple qualifications from City & Guilds which is an internationally recognised accreditor.

The short answer is: anything your mind can conceive I can do.
The long answer is: We have a sit down and talk about what it is that you need from me. We work out a few details like number of people, diet, religion, allergies, location, etc. From there the only limit is your imagination and your budget.
