Dr Barnes was called out one Sat morning during Covid Lockdown restrictions in Apr 2020 because my 4.5 yr old grandson had his face mauled mauled by a Spaniel. His face was badly damaged with muscles severely damaged. It took nearly 4 hrs to repair his face. Long story short: My grandson has all his physiological functions. Speech, eating, no drooling, sucking from a straw etc. Wounds healed beautifully & keloid scarring minimal. He has a droop of top lip on Rt side of mouth when he is relaxed, but that is a minor fallout. I have not met Dr Barnes personally, however, he did an amazing job at reconstructing Marley's perfectly symmetrical face. I dont ever look at him without a silent thought of thx to an amazing surgeon. Thank you Dr Barnes, I certainly hope you are as proud of your work as I am of your dedication and talents on a daily basis!!! Marley often asks if I mailed to tell you that you need a trophy...
I just wanted to leave a message to say how incredibly impressed i was with Dr Barnes. I have ear surgery in December and Dr's dedication to his work and to me as his client was incredible. The level of care i received from Dr Barnes and his team in his rooms was something you don't experience often today when it comes to medical care. Just an amazing passion to get the job done and get it done to the best it can be done. I am truly grateful to him for taking care of me so well and will certainly refer loads of people to him .
