Being a Missionary in Botswana living in the bush was not an easy task. At times the closest village was over 80km away. Our way out if something went wrong, was our communication system. We had a T-Whip antenna from Antronics that did the trick for seven years and still going strong. It just never let us down. Even after loosing the one meter steel whip at the top of the antenna, it still tuned in nicely without any signal loss on any frequency we were using, whether Commercial or Amateur. Many a time we were asked what type of radio we had; but as you know, a radio is no better than it's antenna; a reliable antenna. Thanks again.
