Pathetic service from the receptionist trying to avoid me contacting management, to the guy that did the quality inspection. I showed defects upon collection and was told it will be corrected in 10 mins. However when they brought it back there was a visible dent exactly where they worked. I called the guy that did the quality who told me " you must understand we are very busy". In other words quality takes a back seat while they push volumes through. Terrible service.

Paramount Body Works started in 1944 operating in Drury Street, North End under the ownership of Mr. A. Howes. In 1963, Mr. L.A. Jones took over and moved the business to Slater Street and then to Tuff Street in 1964. Mr. Jones became the sole owner in 1978 and moved Paramount to Paterson Road in 1984. Today, 57 years later, still in Paterson Road under the ownership of Richard Moore. Paramount Body Works is specializing in automotive body repairs to all makes of passenger vehicles in Port Elizabeth. We are one of the best equipped body shops in the Eastern Cape.
