I am a High Risk Pregnancy,
Dr Rene van As is amazing!
She goes the extra mile for her patients to make sure you are ready for the little one and understanding everything happening.

Due to a high risk pregnancy I feel a lot of comfort knowing I can always reach her. Any emergency you go to the Hospital and they will contact her.

Dr Likes to follow up with her patients, for example, Dr will send you for bloods and even if the results are good or bad she will contact you regarding the feedback.

Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Practice based at Unitas Hospital in Lyttelton.

All pregnancies welcome as this is a passion of Dr Van As
Terminations of pregnancy NOT offered but referrals can be given if needed.
All Gynaecological problems worked-up and treatment plans made together with the patient.
Contraceptive counselling and insertion of contraceptive devices done in rooms
Well-woman care done with cervical cancer screening etc

First consultation R1900 (includes thorough history and general exam, pelvic organ exam, papsmear and sonar. Referral for mammography etc as needed)
Follow up consultations R850

Pregnancy 12week and 20week sonar also R1900, all other visits R850
