About Us
Gibbs Planning & Development has been in operation for 7 years, but we bring 29 years of varied experience in Town Planning to the advice and applications we compile for our clients.
We prefer to be pro-active and will thus advise applying for property rights and zonings as supported by municipal policy.
We undertake town planning applications - rezonings, consent uses, subdivisions and consolidations - make dealing with your property rights simpler for you. Applications are guided by municipal policy and what municipal planning authorities would positively evaluate.
