I had counselling before, during and after my divorce. Having someone who can help to see things in perspective, identify areas that needs attention were a blessing. Helping me to identify my emotions and dealing with them in a constructive way, instead of destructive way, gave me the tools to deal better with anxiety, hurt, anger and bitterness. I am also participating in Art as therapy and it is equipping me to handle my stress in a much more appropriate way. I will and am referring all who has a need for counselling to this professional and life changing practice.

Jeanette is an amazing person who has helped me grow so tremendously. When I think back to where she started mentoring me to where I am today, I am blown away as I am enjoying a freedom I didn’t fully understand and even though the challenges come I am stronger and wiser then before.
