Describe a recent project that you have completed.I have recently completed a free online workshop, for recovering addicts, in which I covered Growth and Fixed Mindsets, Core Values and Setting goals as well as Relationships. I also participated in a free workshop hosted by The School of Life during level 5 lock down, on keeping a positive mindset. Before lock down, I hosted a weekly coaching group for a Ladies in Recovery, Halfway House, teaching them Life Skills such as communication, how to cope with anxiety. Ect.
