We have been around for quite a while and our story begins in the early days where a solid, credible, measurable treatment for anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma was unheard of and almost inaccessible. So we decided to take matters into our own hands and develop a world-class program specifically designed to treat the underlying causes of anxiety disorders, depression, or actually whatever it is that is causing you to self-sabotage and stop you from reaching your full potential.
We have developed a cognitive behavioural treatment (CBT) program that does not rely on you to come up with the answers but rather we give you the tools and techniques to help you not only manage the symptoms, but more importantly deal with the underlying cause of why you feel the way you do. Young, old, first time in therapy, or has done this before, we welcome anyone who is seriously committed to changing their lives.
