The lady doctors are extremely rude , seems like I would rather die then accept free help its terrible my infant was in so much pain and all that women said was I can see your child is in pain but I cant help sorry now I owe a 55 rand just to be sent home childs vitals not even checked just sent home. Worst service ever would
The paramedics brought in a woman who could not walk on her own and wanted to go to the bathroom. The sisters said she had to walk herself. She then fell. They laughed at her and told her to roll. A porter helped her up. Adjacent to my bed (no social distancing) in the open ward at casualty was a man lying in his own feces and pee for about 8 hours. It stank! The flies that hummed around him also came to sit on me. After he left there, they did not even clean his bed, just put on another sheet and then the next woman came to lie down. There was another woman almost at her end who had to moan for 4 hours alone from pain and no one cared. The bathrooms do not have soap, toilet paper or sanitizer. The beds and wheelchairs are full of old vomit & blood. I asked the sister for a glass of water she said she was busy but she was not.
