Jude catered my wedding for me for 60 guests in April. From our first chat over the phone until the last dish was removed from the property,Jude was professional;supportive and an absolute delight to work with. She patiently let me chop and change my menu until I was happy with the final result,advising as we went along. Her team were friendly and professional and the evening flowed seamlessly. The food was absolutely delicious and well catered.We had minimal “left-overs” and the guests all commented on the excellent meal. I would recommend Jude and her team to handle any function.

We had a delicious meal catered for us by Jude from Lettuce and Lime to celebrate my husband's 60th. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her as she is also helpful with regards to making suggestions.

Jude has been active in the catering industry for over 25 years. With a passion for cooking and food from an early age, it is the result of many years of hard work. The food is innovative and fresh with a multi-cultural zing. We use chemical free produce whenever possible. Many of the salad items, vegetables and berries are grown on our farm without chemicals.

‘Lettuce and Lime‘ has grown from small beginnings in Underberg, the heart of the Southern Drakensberg of KwaZulu-Natal and spread wide through word of mouth. T

Jude’s passion and flair for cooking fine food has developed further during six years in Botswana working in the 5 star luxury lodge industry as Food & Beverage Manager.

After returning to Underberg in 2015, Jude started catering locally again as well as teaching domestic workers how to cook.
